About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Office Manager & Production Coordinator to support the production team, particularly the Creative Director, Tina Gharavi, to deliver a slate of projects and core organisational tasks.

The ideal person will be a champion problem- solver, inventive, extremely well organised, able to manage challenging tasks, professional and committed to making socially relevant programmes and motion pictures. We are looking for exceptional candidates only, who already have experience in administration and finance (no new entrants as we need you to hit the ground running). This job would suit someone with street smarts, eager to work in a self-directed (this is important as you are often running the show solo with members of the team working remotely around the globe) but intense work environment, and someone who knows what quality production and aesthetics are.

Bridge + Tunnel Productions was established in 1998 as a regional arts organisation focused on new talent, artistic experimentation and challenging the poverty of representation for diverse communities. In 2005, our sister organisation Bridge + Tunnel Voices was established as a charity to enable beneficiaries from the communities we represent to participate and gain skills.
